Shipping and returns

Shipping

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days and shipped from Denmark with tracking. Estimated delivery times: Denmark 2 to 4 days, Europe 4 to 8 days, rest of the world 7 to 15 days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay and orders over 1,500 DKK ship free.

Customs duties or import taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it, in line with EU consumer rights. Contact us first so we can give you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the item.

Damaged or wrong item

Please write to us within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we will make it right.
