1. Who we are

This website is operated by Diams by SK, Denmark. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and prices

All prices are shown with VAT where applicable. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred, and we will refund any payment made.

3. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card and PayPal payments are processed securely by our payment providers and we never store your card details.

4. Delivery

5. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving your goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. See the shipping and returns page for how to return an item.

6. Complaints

If an item is faulty you have the statutory rights under Danish and EU consumer law. Please contact us and we will help.
